We can provide free of charge, projected future sales and rental appraisals at your request and you can be placed on our investor register, enabling you to receive our monthly newsletter.

From initial valuation, marketing including full property brochure, colour photograph advertising, internet features and office displays.  Once a tenant has been identified and fully referenced to your requirements, move in dates are be agreed and tenancy agreements signed.  
Management is provided at all stages of the marketing and tenancy.
