At Hackett Property, we have been helping students find their home away from home for over 20 years. We understand that moving away to university can be both exciting and daunting, particularly for first-year students living independently for the first time. Our dedicated team works closely with students, parents, universities, and support services to provide safe, well-managed accommodation and a positive living experience throughout the academic year. From shared houses and HMOs to purpose-built student accommodation, we offer a wide range of options to suit different budgets, lifestyles, and study requirements.
Safe, Accredited & Well Managed
We are committed to maintaining high standards across all of our student accommodation. Some of our developments are operated in accordance with the ANUK National Code, while other properties are managed in line with the latest legislation and regulatory requirements, including the Renters’ Rights Act and HMO licensing standards where applicable. Our experienced management, compliance, and maintenance teams work proactively to ensure students have comfortable, secure, and well-maintained homes, with support available whenever it is needed.
Supporting Student Wellbeing
We recognise that student wellbeing is just as important as the accommodation itself. Several members of our team have completed Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training, helping us better understand and support students who may be struggling with the challenges of university life. With 24-hour emergency support, out-of-hours assistance, communal facilities in selected developments, and opportunities for social living, we aim to create welcoming environments where students can feel safe, supported, and part of a community while enjoying their university experience.
