We are seeking an enthusiastic, organised, and proactive Property Manager to join our growing team.
As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring landlords and tenants receive a professional, efficient, and responsive service. Working closely with our maintenance, compliance, and lettings teams, you will play a key role in protecting our clients’ investments while ensuring tenants enjoy safe and well-maintained homes.
* Managing a portfolio of residential properties
* Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
* Arranging and coordinating maintenance and repairs
* Liaising with contractors and monitoring works through to completion
* Conducting property inspections and preparing reports
* Managing tenancy renewals and tenancy-related administration
* Assisting with compliance requirements and property certifications
* Handling maintenance enquiries and resolving issues efficiently
* Supporting rent administration and arrears procedures where required
* Maintaining accurate property records and management systems
* Providing excellent customer service at all times
* Building and maintaining positive relationships with landlords, tenants, contractors, and stakeholders
* Previous experience within residential lettings or property management preferred
