To become an Authorised Contractor, applicants must:
* Be self-employed or operate as a registered company
* Hold appropriate Public Liability Insurance
* Hold Employers’ Liability Insurance where applicable
* Possess relevant trade qualifications, certifications, or accreditations
* Comply with all current health and safety legislation
* Provide references upon request
* Demonstrate a commitment to high standards of workmanship and customer service
* Be able to provide clear quotations and complete works within agreed timescales
