I recently rented through Hackett Property and couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, Abbey was absolutely brilliant. She went above and beyond to accommodate multiple viewing requests, both in-person and video tours, making the whole process incredibly smooth and stress-free, especially given how busy life can get. The apartment was in fantastic condition when I arrived, clean, well-presented, and exactly as promised. I can’t begin to express how badly I wish I started with Hackett property when I came to the uk. I’ve been assisted in every single inquiry I’ve made on time, and provided the highest quality service even when first inquiring. The biggest mistake I’ve made in the uk was that I didn’t use hacket in the first when I first came , I could’ve have saved so much time and been educated properly if I had started with them. I want to personally thank the Hackett team for all of their hard work with me, I know that I had a long list of questions and demands but that you for being always being patient,  understanding, and always helpful. I want to also show my appreciation to Abbey, when I had stress with anything, she would always guide me and show me the correct way towards literally everything I had problems understanding, she made sure I did understand and she was patient which is more than I could’ve asked for ( if the earth had more people like Abbey and the Hackett team, then world peace would be achievable very easily . Best way to put it ) I promise that I will take good care of the place because it’s the least I can do after all your hard work. To Abbey, and the Hackett, thank you truly, I am very grateful for all your help and efforts with me. This was the smoothest move in process and company I’ve dealt with in my life.
